About R5

We’re not a big agency.
And we don’t try to be one.

We’re a studio based in Lisbon, Portugal that cares about doing good work — building simple, fast websites, custom software, and business AI automation that truly support your business.

Our work includes UI/UX design, website development, app development, custom software, and SEO. We focus on creating clear, practical solutions that help businesses look professional, work more efficiently, and grow with confidence — whether you are launching in Lisbon or scaling across Portugal.

Our Mission

We believe great digital products start with clarity —
clear goals, clear communication, and clear thinking.

We build websites and software that are simple, effective, and designed to truly work — not just look good. For us, it’s about more than design or code — it’s about solving problems thoughtfully and creating digital experiences that are clear, scalable, and built to make a lasting impact.

Our Vision

Good design and development should make things easier — not more complicated.

We help businesses grow through digital products that are built with intention and care. Clear purpose. Clean execution. Long-term thinking.

We believe in being reliable, open, and straightforward. No hidden steps. No confusing processes. Just honest collaboration and results that last.

Who we work with

We partner with founders, product teams, and small businesses that need a reliable studio in Lisbon — not a large agency with layers of process. Our clients typically come to us when they need a new website, a custom internal tool, an app MVP, or practical AI automation that saves real time.

From early-stage startups to established SMEs in Portugal, we help teams move from idea to launch with clear communication, thoughtful design, and development built to last.

Every project starts with understanding your goals, users, and constraints. We keep scopes realistic, timelines transparent, and deliverables focused on business outcomes — not just deliverables for their own sake.

Whether you need website development in Lisbon, bespoke software for your operations, or AI workflows that reduce manual work, we build in iterative steps so you see progress early and can adjust before launch.

FAQ

Can you work with wireframes or our existing designs?

Yes. We can work with wireframes, mockups, or existing designs. If something needs improvement, we’ll suggest it before moving forward.

What happens after the design is ready & I approve it?

Once the design is approved, we move to development or hand off all final files, depending on the project scope.

Do you charge for additional revisions?

We include a set number of revisions in every project. Extra revisions can be added if needed and are discussed in advance.

I have an agency. Can I outsource work to you?

Yes. We often work with agencies as a white-label or technical partner.

What do I need to give you to get started?

A short description of your project, goals, timeline, and any existing materials. We’ll guide you through the rest.
