We start by getting to know you and your product. We discuss your goals, challenges, and expectations — and define clear requirements for the project.

Good work begins with understanding.

2. We prepare a commercial proposal

Based on our discussions, we prepare a step-by-step plan with timelines and pricing. Everything is transparent — scope, deliverables, deadlines.

No surprises later.

3. We sign the contract

Once everything is aligned, we sign the agreement and start the project. We make sure expectations are clear on both sides before moving forward.

Now we are ready to start.

4. We work :)

Depending on the project, we move through research, architecture, prototyping, design, and development. You're always in the loop: dedicated project chat, access to designs and staging builds, weekly updates on progress.

We build step by step — carefully and transparently.

5. We deliver the final designs and test the interface

The result is a fully designed and developed product — clean, tested, and ready to grow. After launch, we stay available: answering questions, reviewing implementation, testing the interface, planning further improvements.

Fixed Price

How it works. You describe the task, we fix the scope of work and deadlines in the contract and deliver project according to the agreed deadlines.

Who it suits. You know exactly what you need.

Time & Material

How it works. You buy a certain number of hours, for which the project developers and designers perform tasks on your project.

Who it suits. You don't yet know the exact scope of work or may change requirements during the process.

Retainer

How it works. You pay a fixed monthly fee and get a dedicated capacity: design support, iterations, and small tasks within the agreed scope.

Who it suits. You need ongoing design support without running separate projects each time.

FAQ

Can you work with wireframes or our existing designs?

Yes. We can work with wireframes, mockups, or existing designs. If something needs improvement, we’ll suggest it before moving forward.

What happens after the design is ready & I approve it?

Once the design is approved, we move to development or hand off all final files, depending on the project scope.

Do you charge for additional revisions?

We include a set number of revisions in every project. Extra revisions can be added if needed and are discussed in advance.

I have an agency. Can I outsource work to you?

Yes. We often work with agencies as a white-label or technical partner.

What do I need to give you to get started?
